Upon submission of your completed online registration form, you are considered 'registered'. Please note that by submitting your registration, you agree to these Terms without modification and you enter a binding contract with us when you register for the event. You agree and understand that your registration for the Vamos a Pescar, Let's Go Fishing Event is subject to our confirmation that will be sent to you via email. We are entitled to deny your registration without cause. Please note that the data you provide will be used for grant purposes. By registering and/or by participating in the Vamos a Pescar, Let's Go Fishing event you acknowledge that Los Hermanos Familia has the right to use photos and videos at the event for news, promotional purposes, and future marketing materials. By completing this registration form, the undersigned, Individually and on behalf of any participants in the registration form represented thereby (referred to collectively as “Applicant”), agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless Los Hermanos Familia organizers of the Vamos a Pescar, Let's Go Fishing Event, any Sponsor of said event, as well as any officer, director, employee, volunteer, representative or agent of Los Hermanos Familia, or any Sponsor of said event, from and against any and all suits, actions, losses, damages, causes of action and claims of liability of any character, type or description, including, but not limited to, expenses of litigation, court costs, attorney’s fees, and/or expert witness fees for any death or injury (real or alleged) to any person, organization or property, arising out of or occasioned by, directly or indirectly, any act or omission of Applicant and/ or additional registrants. The undersigned warrants that he/she has full authority to bind the Applicant and understands that Los Hermanos Familia is relying on such representation as a prerequisite to the consideration of this registration. Los Hermanos Familia is dedicated to making the Vamos a Pescar, Let's Go Fishing Event a safe place for all. If anyone in attendance displays unfit conduct at the event, Los Hermanos Familia has the right to have the individual removed, for the safety of other attendees.
